TV can become very addicting to many people, and it can become addicting very quickly. People can be drawn in by thier favorite show, movies, news reports, music, or whatever else they are watching. Don’t let your life revolve around your television set. To make sure you don’t watch too much television, make sure you don’t have a television in every room of the house. Don’t keep one in the bedroom, especially if you spend alot of time in your room.

It is possible for you to watch television everyday, and not be addicted. Make sure to have other activites to do around the house, and other errands to run to keep you out of your house. There’s nothing wrong with television, but there is a problem when you can’t live without it.
